| Participate with a dedicated group of life-long learners who want to wrestle with the issues facing our globe. Some recent sessions have been on “Sectarianism in the Middle East” and “Russia and the Near Abroad.” Coming up, the group plans to discuss “Privacy in the Digital Age,” “India Changes Course,” “The US and Africa: The Rise and Fall of Obamamania,” and “Human Trafficking: A Serious Challenge to Humanity.”This group uses the Great Decisions booklet, published each year by the Foreign Policy Association (approximately $20). All participants read each of the either lessons, and one volunteers to lead each session. |
